Terms and Conditions of Sale
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sale of restaurant services offered by Rooftop Restaurant Koulchi Zine (Koulchi Zine). By booking a table or service at our establishment, the customer fully accepts these CGV without reservation.
Reservations and Payment
Reservations at our restaurant can be made online, by phone, or directly on-site. Payment can be made either online or on-site, according to the customer’s preference.

Online Payment: For any reservation, a partial (50% deposit) or full payment may be required online to guarantee the booking. This payment is processed via CMI (Centre Monétique Interbancaire) on a secure site, ensuring the protection of customers’ personal and financial information.

50% Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to confirm any booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total bill, and the balance must be paid on the day of the service.

Accepted Cards for Online Payment: Visa, MasterCard, and other cards compatible with CMI.

Payment on Site: The remaining balance can be paid on-site upon arrival, either by credit card (including CMI-compatible cards) or in cash.
Cancellation and Modifications

Cancellation: Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the reservation date. If the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the reservation, the 50% deposit may be retained by Rooftop Restaurant Koulchi Zine (Koulchi Zine).

Modification of Reservation: In the case of modifying the reservation (change of date, time, or number of guests), please inform us as soon as possible. If the modification is not possible due to availability, the deposit may be refunded as part of a cancellation.
Liability
Rooftop Restaurant Koulchi Zine (Koulchi Zine) cannot be held responsible for booking errors, last-minute cancellations, or delays. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify the reservation details before proceeding with the payment.
Personal Data
The information collected during the booking process is used solely to process your order and provide the requested services. In accordance with the law, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.

Modification of Terms of Sales
